WHO ARE WE?

Founded in 2023, Aïmara evolved from Central Kitchen, the central kitchen of the Barranco Partners group, which operates the restaurants Barranco, Nikkei, Caifan, and Piel Canela—all renowned for their Latin American fusion cuisine.

Initially designed to support the operations of these restaurants, the catering service quickly expanded to offer a variety of culinary experiences in Montreal.
